The Service branded Lifemaxr is operated solely by Yoven Reddi as an individual—not as a corporation, partnership, or other organization (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Operator”). Principal place of business: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Jurisdiction: Province of Ontario, Canada. These Terms are between you and Yoven Reddi personally.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lifemaxr mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lifemaxr is an entertainment and creative tool that lets you:
The Service relies on third-party AI, billing, and infrastructure; availability, speed, and output quality may vary. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, product identifiers, or pricing tiers with or without notice, subject to app store rules.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required by law.
Access may require signing in with Google and/or Apple (Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Sessions may use tokens stored on the device (for example in the iOS Keychain) and on our servers; sessions may expire or be invalidated for security or operational reasons.
You retain rights to photos and text you submit. To operate the Service, you grant Lifemaxr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs (including AI-generated images) solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to your uploads (including likeness rights where applicable) and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to:
Images may be analyzed using automated safety tools (for example Google Cloud Vision safe-search and related signals). We may refuse, remove, or block processing when content appears unsafe or policy-violating. Moderation can be imperfect; you remain responsible for your uploads.
Outputs are generated by machine learning systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended. The Service is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on transformed imagery for identity verification, employment, or safety-critical decisions. You use AI outputs at your own risk.
Certain features require payment through Apple’s in-app purchase system, including auto-renewable subscriptions and consumables. Prices, product identifiers, and marketing copy are shown in the app and in App Store Connect; actual charges are determined by Apple for your storefront.
To authorize generation and manage allowances, the app may send Apple-signed purchase information (for example transaction JWS payloads) to our servers for verification. RevenueCat (or similar) may be used to help synchronize subscription entitlements with the app; their terms also apply.
Your usable transforms may combine subscription quota (transforms remaining for the current cycle) and separate referral free transforms tracked on our servers. Unless required by law, all purchases are final subject to Apple’s rules and refund policies.
Free or promotional transforms (including referral rewards), held pending reveals, and simulated checkout in development builds may expire or behave differently from production; development-only server settings do not change your obligations once live billing applies.
Referral codes, creator-program registration, discounted first-reveal SKUs, and free credits are subject to rules enforced in the app and on our servers—including non-self-referral, one-time discounts where stated, crediting referrers after a referred user’s qualifying reveal, and server-side balances for free credits. We may modify, suspend, or end the program, adjust balances to correct errors or abuse, and require app updates for new product identifiers.
The Service integrates third parties such as Google (Sign-In, Gemini / generative models, and Cloud Vision as configured), Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit), and RevenueCat (subscription tooling). Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data practices beyond our control.
The Lifemaxr name, branding, UI, and software are protected. Subject to these Terms and third-party rights in underlying models, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use outputs you lawfully generate for non-commercial or personal social sharing unless we offer a broader license in writing.
Do not use our trademarks without permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing may occur in the United States, Canada, and other countries where providers operate.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOVEN REDDI (OPERATING LIFEMAXR AS AN INDIVIDUAL) AND ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS OR PROVIDERS WHO SUPPORT THE SERVICE ONLY AS INSTRUCTED BY THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yoven Reddi (the individual Operator of Lifemaxr) from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If the app offers delete account, that requests removal of most Service data associated with your Lifemaxr profile as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions—you must manage billing through Apple (for example Settings → Subscriptions). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including Sections 4, 11, 13–15, 17–19) survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, excluding rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to non-waivable rights in your country of residence, you agree that the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection laws where you live (including in the European Union, United Kingdom, or elsewhere).
